Not as advertised!!
Negatve and positive aspects to this purchase.Pros: Delivery was faster than expected. When we contacted Amazon customer service with our concerns, they were amazing. The air conditioner itself blows very cool air. It would have really helped if there were YouTube videos explaining how to use it (the instructions are COMPLICATED), but it seems to work well enough.Cons:A very heavy air conditioner that was missing a wheel and came heavily manhandled (I'm assuming some poor delivery guy did his best, but this sucker is HEAVY). They advertised it as 14000 BTU, covering 700 square feet, but the one we got said 13500 BTU and said to cover a much smaller space (Amazon was great about it when we called). The cooling effect is mostly felt when in the path of the fan, but that's kind of normal of portable air conditioners.In the end, we will survive the summer, but will probably have to invest in a proper window air conditioner next year (they cool things so much better and are cheaper)
