The media could not be loaded. These bands are great. They are tight and provide an excellent workout. The resistance increases with each band providing a tougher workout. I use them on leg day in conjunction with other exercises and they really add to the routine. I train other women and they too, felt the burn using them. They are useful for upper body workouts as well. I am so glad that I purchased them.

Really like bands

These are a cost-effective way to work out. I really like that there are different levels so you can work up to the stronger resistance bands. I've only used them a few times so far, but they put extra resistance in my strength training. It also includes an ebook for ideas on how to use the bands. They come in a little pocket to make them more portable.

They are great at first but one of my bands already broke and the x-heavy band is already losing its tension. I’ve been using them for a month and I do not workout everyday nor do I do any crazy exercise. I just workout In home for 30 min so I was surprised when one of my bands popped during my exercise.

I use this at the office because it's so compact. It's great for any strength level and to customize how much you want to do. It's good to get some exercise on breaks if you are sitting all day
