These are pleasant-tasting and have a good texture, and there is no weird aftertaste. They are not overly sweet like some gummies are. Best part of all, these have been a game changer for me. Super easy to take and works within half hour or so. Tastes good. Valerian also works for me, but then my sleep is interrupted with bathroom trips. Now I sleep through the night, my brain stops running and no bathroom interruptions. If i do wake up during the night, I'm able to back to sleep shortly. I wake up like normal and not groggy. Will subscribe to have these in constant stock at home.

They taste really good, they put you to sleep fast, but it seems to take a month to arrive.
