Little goes a long way
Love the oil based food coloring, was worried I would use the whole bottle of color on one project however the smallest amount went a long way and I still have them for future projects

Waste of time and money
Coloring for candy was very difficult to get out of the bottles. Had to get pliers to squeeze the bottle. When we did finally get the coloring out of the bottle it didn't change the chocolate to the color on the bottle. We used the whole bottle of Orange Yellow and it turned out flesh colored. I have made these candies for years and never had a problem getting the chocolate to the color I wanted. I want to return them but it says you can not return. The markers were a great idea and worked really well on the first 4-5 candies. I was adding eyes, nose, mouth and hair on the children on the bus candies. But the tips didn't hold up for the other 10-12 candies I was making. Very disappointed in both products.

Will buy again
A lot of people don’t realize…before use you have to get a bowl of hot water and let bottle soak for a few minutes. That way it comes out like a liquid and not chunky.Colors are vibrant. I have had no issues with these.

Product won't come out.
With all my strength, I couldn't get the food coloring to come out of the tiny bottle. There are no directions on the box that tell you to do anything to the bottle before you try to use it. I could see the product move in the spout, but it just wouldn't come out.

A good number of colors. Did not test all, just 5 for now.
I'm a gel-food-coloring-novice. My husband's mom did wedding cakes and has stories, so he helped at a point.I used plain white chocolate chips without anything extra. Spooned it into 2 oz cups them poured/spread in a variety of molds after mix. Some forms had luster dust applied in various ways in the mold. Each color had different consistencies. I later saw some used coconut oil. I reccomend rubbing the bottle in your hand for a more liquid consistency. This set gives variety, if you leaned on a color heavily, you could use it up for bigger projects. Thankfully you get a number of many colors. You can adjust and move on. the bottles were somewhat stiffer than expected. I expect it'd be difficult to get the last half of color out of these.I started with the navy blue but only but one drop. so I got a dusty lighter blue. I was letting the toddler choose colors so next was Pink, then grey. I overdid the Matcha Green with three generous drops. Then was lighter with two drops with the plain red (hearts). In-laws had stories about red roses turning to almost black, so I was being light again. I wasn't aiming for specific shades or brightness just seeing the range of change since I hadn't used the gel coloring before.I've had an item change on me in the far past. At purchase this was called " Oil Based Food Coloring for Chocolate - 16 Colors Upgraded Edible Food Dye Coloring for Cake Decorating, Baking Cake Color, Cookie, Icing Frosting, Fondant, Meringues - 0.21 Fl.Oz Bottles". This is a new product, so it's description may adjust to suit the product over time.
