I review products every day, and this seller truly stands out. The quality of this slow-close storm door latch is above and beyond what I expected. Installation was quick and easy, especially since I was replacing an existing closer and the home builder had already drilled the mounting holes. It fit perfectly and seems to be a very universal size. My previous closer rusted after only a year, and it had obvious stress points in the design. This one doesn’t appear to have those weak spots and feels much more durable and just the right amount of weight to hold a heavy storm door. The door closes smoothly with absolutely no noise, and I really like that you can adjust how slowly or quickly it closes. It also has a good amount of holding power without requiring excessive tension, making it easy to keep the door open when needed. What impressed me even more than the product was the customer service. Professionalism is important, but genuine customer service means even more to me. She was incredibly personable, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and even shared something personal, which made the interaction feel sincere instead of feeling like a scripted customer service response. On top of all that, I think this is one of the best values compared to the competition. I can’t say enough good things about both this product and this seller. When I need another storm door closer, I won’t buy from anyone else.
