Our Gastric Portion control graphics are carefully applied by hand individually and are created and finished in the heart of the pottery district in Stoke-On-Trent. The plates are designed for the differing surgeries available to bariatric patients. They are designed and developed by our in-house bariatric dietitian to give confidence in guidance for meal choices and amounts Bariatric surgery patients should follow guidance provided by their surgical team - focusing on consuming protein first and eating a healthy diet. The plate measures an overall 8 inches with the inner portion size of 5.5 inches.

I thought this plate was expensive but it is the only one I use, so I guess it's paid for itself! Easy guide to keeping you on track and the right amount 3.5 months after my op. Very happy... Guides all around the edge.

Brilliant plate
