Asian sizing, but if you know in advance, it's a great deal. My son is 5'5" and weighs about 170lbs. The XXL fits him perfectly. I emailed the seller who helped me select the proper size. They also have a return facility in the US, which would have made a return much easier. Shipping too much less time than anticipated.
