Fit just right
These desk grommets are a great product. We only needed 2 from the package of 5, but we're glad to have some extra in case we decide to drill another hole for cord and cable management. They've really helped organize my desk quite nicely. They fit in place just right and stay in place but aren't impossible to remove. I thought the price was very reasonable and the quality was impressive. I'm happy with the product.

Affordable option for in wall low-volt cable TV chase
True 2” diameter. Almost TOO true. A 2” hope saw make a 2” hole (obviously). This fits perfectly in with no resistance. It’s not sloppy loose (guys, am I right?), but also not snug. I may put a dab of Alex Plus caulk under mine just because. I used this as a cover to chase cables down a wall for a wall mounted tv. Took flat paint from a touch up brush, pretty well. Cover snaps pretty tight onto the grommet. This was a heck of a lot cheaper than low voltage frames, and special covers with brushes or shapes like noses.5 for $5 - can’t beat the math (or maths if you’re U.K.).

Aesthetically better than a hole in your wall/furniture. Pricy though considering.
Used these for our home theater room. The grommet is two parts. One part goes in the hole you have created and the other part fits onto that. You run your cables through then put the top. We ran a 3-prong power plug and two hdmi cables through them and they fit/work fine. You could possible fit another cable of similar gauge through. They are simple to install. Got a 2" hole saw and they popped right in. They are a little lose on their own so some adhesive caulk might be in order if you intended to be pulling on the cables run through the grommet. If you don't, I wouldn't bother. They might pop out when you are moving stuff but you can just easily put them back in. If they are frequently popping out, or failing to stay in, then I would use some adhesive caulk.

Does the trick
Better value than buying two, which is all I needed. But they are a little loose for a 2” hole, will probably put glue around edges so it stays

They fill holes, they pop out of holes, they're magic.
They were perfect for my white bookshelves. I have A/V equipment enclosed in cabinets underneath, so I needed to make some holes for extra ventilation and also run a cable up to a set-top box. I happened to have a hole saw for installing door knobs, and it made perfect holes for the grommets.

Nothing negative to say about these
Installation was as easy as just dropping it into the holes we drilled in a solid core door that we converted to a desk. Bright white and nicely made.

Need to caulk the edges for better fit
Good quality/price product. But needs to caulk the edges, otherwise they will keep falling out of the holes

It snapped right into the 2" hole matched up with the white cabinet ( I was concerned it might be an off white) perfectly. I only needed two but the package of 5 allowed me to have some spares and I might even get create and use them else where in my cabinet. Package arrived in two days as promised. While the cables I ran through the grommet did not exceed the pop in plate hole diameter it would be no problem to widen it to accommodate larger cables after all it is just plastic.
