Fake advertising. This hat is made with a poor quality the tail was too short, what was the point to keep it? They should put my money back in my account as a person please!!! Ah, my hat came with hair on it. So disappointed.

The biggest problem with this product, as stated by other reviewers, is that the photos are ALL of the same hat. However, there are 3 very distinct sizes. It looks like a long, plush hat. Well, mine just came today and it's a tiny little santa hat- not like pictured AT ALL! You have to click through and despite what photo is showing, you need to make sure you order the extra long one or this is the type of santa hat you can easily buy at the dollar store- short, cheaply made, etc.This seller has GOT to change up the photographs as it's very deceitful the way you show this nice, long hat no matter what length is ordered and it's confusing. I would have never ordered this hat had I known it is the kind that is so short it sticks straight up from your head like a dome!

This hat barely came down below ears... NOTHING LIKE IT STATES IN DESCRIPTIONWill be sending back... was meant for a special party and now nothing!

The length of this hat is not nearly this long. Very disappointed. At least it was made pretty well.

The picture shows it being very long wrapping over the shoulder. It’s not accurate. The hat is a regular Santa hat that you can pick up at your local dollar tree. The picture is wrong. The tail of the hat is not even long. The picture is very deceiving.

The hat that was shipped to me was nothing like the hat in the picture which is what I was planning on receiving. The hat I received was Much shorter. The white pompom barely went down to my neck. The one in the picture goes way farther down. I’m very disappointed in the product I received. This is not it all what was represented to me in the picture.

The product is not what shown in the pic. It's just a normal santa hat that you can buy anywhere with a cheaper price. The reason I ordered this is because of the long tail, that is below the shoulder, that makes it unique and I even ordered two, but it's not what I expected and it's not what you are showing on the pic. We want to return the product.

It's a nice Xmas hat.
