To make this yummy and very healthy salmon dish is just 3 ingredients. Salmon, Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Salmon with Dill and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Original Spray.Using the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray the bottom of your cooking pan. Lay the salmon skin down and spray the top of the salmon making sure you cover it completely. Liberally coat the salmon with Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Salmon with Dill and give it a gentle rub to make sure the whole fish is covered .Cook for 17-19 minutes at 435%. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving
