I love these festive paper straws, and I can use them with zero guilt knowing that they are an excellent alternative to plastic straws, which only contribute to the landfill and litter our beaches and oceans. Thank you for making paper straws for those of us with sensitive teeth that prefer to use straws, and do not prefer to contribute to pollution.

I've tried a few different brands of paper straws, and Aardvark are by far the most durable of the lot. These straws maintain their shape over the course of several drinks, and they don't absorb the beverage - which is nice when switching from soda/cocktail to water. They compost easily without needing to be cut into pieces. They're a bit pricier than some brands, but the quality and cute designs are worth the extra expense. They can also be purchased directly - which eases the expense a bit - if you're not too picky about the design.

Paper is better than plastic.
