Size:12 Ounce This Italian classic is blended from 100% Arabica beans and roasted by our on-site roaster to "full city roast". Full city is a Light Espresso or Light French roast that is reached when the beans are caught between the first and second crack. The beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid and complexity, producing a smooth well rounded espresso, and full bodied espressso. Although we will be happy to grind it for you, for optimum taste, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean. For a traditional and exceptional cup of espresso, the beans should be ground immediately prior to use.

It was okay.... it was very strong, even for an espresso coffee, and I like strong coffee. Would not buy this again, unfortunately.
