Help to sleep
I love these gummies, I've used them for a while and they have great flavour and a deeply chewy texture which is satisfying. They help me get to sleep at night and the bottle is good value for the number of gummies

A good nights sleep before exams.
These have helped my daughter switch off and get a good nights sleep before her GCSEs. When revising in the evening she was struggling to quiet her mind. They appear to be working brilliantly. Taste good too.

TASTY!
They are delicious, and they seem to work. However, I have to eat a few in order to notice anything, and they are very pricey, considering I have to buy this bottle more frequently than I should. But overall, I say give them a go, as they might help you get less anxious before bed!

Stick with Gummy Bears
There isn't really a stand out brand in the 'rescue' remedy department, not in the sense that Neurofen is the brand of pain relief and Durex is the brand of you know what. It took purchasing this product to realise I had in fact tried Bach products before, in the form of pastilles in a metal tin.I have suffered from reasonable levels of anxiety for around 4 years now, and made many changes in my life in an attempt to improve the feeling. I changed jobs, bettered my financial situation and improved my overall health. Nothing changed. The most frustrating part of anxiety is not understanding why you feel the way you feel. Being a middle aged man i certainly wouldnt entertain going to the doctors about this. I have in the past tried several types of over the counter anxiety relief including full spectrum CBD oils (at £50 a pop), all with none or limited results. Why I thought that a £10 product would be any different comes down to desperation i would guess. There isn't really a prescribed format to take these gummies, it simply states 'as required', which is good as you are free to pop one whenever you feel the stomach twists starting to intensify. The flavour itself is a pleasant orange and you are encouraged to chew well before swallowing. So do they work? My anxiety is worse in the morning and just before bed, i assume daytime activities such as work life distract me somewhat from the feeling at other times. I took one at bedtime a couple of times, and each time spent the following 2 hours wide awake with my mind whirling around thinking of everything but sleep. So there is clearly something in there that stimulates your brain. I limited myself to taking them only in the morning and lunchtime for a whole week and i can honestly say i felt no improvement whatsoever, and certainly no more balanced. For some people I am sure the placebo effect is enough, for others these may indeed offer a small measure of relief depending on significance of the condition but personally my stomach continued to churn away and dominate my life as it always does. I went into this with an optimistic mindset as i do with any attempt at anxiety relief, but I guess the solution to my problem isnt at the bottom of this bottle either.

They work for me!
They do work. I take a few each morning for some anxiety I have having recently started a new job and they do help settle the butterflies
