Weekender Canvas Travel Duffel Bag, Easy fit over Carry On - Packing Made Easy

I love this bag and think it is very cute. However, I be only used it for 2 very short weekend trips and I've run into problems with the zipper on the bottom sticking to where I can't move it and the stitching on the strap padding has unraveled. This is disappointing because the bag is very cute and a little on the expensive side. I'm unable to return it because I disposed of the bag it came in which is also disappointing.

It wasn't as colorful as the pictures. If you don't use the bottom part, the bag is awkward and doesn't sit well.

I have been looking for a nice bag for both my husband and I to use whenever either of us have a short business or a weekend pleasure trip to take. I was specifically looking for an attractive unisex bag and believe this is it. The construction and detail are nice and look as if they will hold up over time.I love that my shoes can be separate from my clothes. As you can see from my pictures, I was able to fit a pair of boots and a pair of slip ons into the bottom compartment of the bag. Inside the main compartment of the bag there was enough room to comfortably fit 2 pairs of pants, 2 lightweight long sleeve shirts, a sweater, a pair of pjs, as well as a toiletry bag and undergarments. I’m certain that if I packed more strategically, I could’ve fit even more.There is a nice pocket on the inside where I could choose to put a book, an iPad, or travel documents. On there other side, also on the inside, there are smaller pockets for snacks, chargers or other items you might need on your trip. Plus, 2 larger pockets on the outside, one in front and one on the back. Tons of space! There are 3 ways to carry the bag; an over the shoulder strap, by the handles (my preferred method) or attached to the handle of a larger luggage bag.If you are looking for a stylish, well-made bag, this is it! Very much looking forward to using this on our upcoming Thanksgiving weekend excursion.

I bought this bag because of the trolley sleeve and the numerous pockets. I found the bottom shoe compartment to be difficult to get open and closed because the bag doesn’t hold its shape. You have to hold everything up and in place to close the zipper. Also, the padded liner for the computer is only on the side by your clothes, so the side of your computer against the canvas has no padding. I had to wrap my computer in some clothes. It’s a decent looking bag, but not built very well. I’m returning it for another one.

The two toned color scheme and separate bottom compartment are unique features from other bags I own and the fabric lining feels very nice. magnetic button close outer pockets very handy.I’ve found it very useful in several ways… to tote around my laptop / electronics and can store all the cords and annoying charging accessories in the bottom compartment where they don't clutter anything in the main compartment. I’ve also found it great as a gym bag and is perfect to store shoes and post workout clothes in the bottom afterwards and can also fit my towel, dopp kit and climbing shoes inside. what a nice upgrade from the cheap fabric grocery bag I was using.

Ok(ish) bag. I want to like this bag, I really do. I’ve used it once for a weekend trip and was able to pack two outfits, 1 pair of flats, cosmetic bag & a toiletry bag, plus iPad and charge cables. I have to give 3 stars because the quality of the zippers are awful. At first I thought the zippers just needed to be worn in, but it’s becoming increasingly more difficult to zip and unzip the bag. I’m going to give it another go, and will be traveling to Seattle in a few weeks with it, if this issue persists I can’t use it. Disappointed: $65-70 for a bag you can zip or unzip without a pair pliers seems an a bit unfair.Update 3/30/18: Both zippers have now broken. Not one, but BOTH. This is disappointing since I haven’t had the bag two months! It’s too late for a refund, so the bag is going in the trash! Sorry but, I find a bag that won’t close totally useless. Do NOT buy this product. It’s very very poor quality.

This is a really nice overnight, weekender, or even gym bag! I LOVE that it has a special compartment on the bottom for storing shoes. I like to keep mine separate from the rest of my clothes. The fabric is nice and thick. I love the shoulder strap or carrying handle option. The shoulder strap is easily removable if you want to use it for air travel as well. It even has a handy strap on the back of the bag for slipping over the handle of your luggage, so you don't have haul it around the airport (or in transit to or from), which makes it super convenient!

Pay attention to the colors ... the trim is not orange as depicted in the Amazon photos, rather is a dull tan. And the main body colors are almost the same on top and bottom, and much more dull than in the picture. Of MUCH larger importance, multiple zippers have snags and don’t work smoothly. Because there is zero stretch to the fabric or the zippers if the bag is even close to being packed full the zippers won’t close. I was super excited and looking to get more than just the weekender version, but now I will definitely not be trying out other models.
