I love this!! Just got out of the hospital with a torn ligament. I wore this during my recoup and it helped me walk better and feel better.

I got it because I get bad hip pain at night. It does help relieve the pain but it's a pain in the rear because you wrap it around your hips and the excess is left loose. You can tuck it but it just falls out. They need to ad a velcro strip to secure the entire hip area.

It doesn't fit correctly, it's hard to put on while alone. Doesnt get very tight I have a torn hamstring and pinched sciatica so it would be nice if it were tighter. On my back and leg but it bunches up and wont stay in place.

The brace should be two pieces. I am short and have to fold and Velcro the piece that holds them together or the lower brace falls down. So it is not adjustable there. But it has helped my sciatica.
