ordered 2, one showed up, one didn't. can't find out how to get a replacement or refund
Update:Called Amazon customer service and after a long and frustrating ordeal with someone in Guatemala, orchestrated a "return" and refund. Got the refund on an Amazon card right away so ordered another mattress, which arrived in 2 days. Good mattress. I am supposed to ignore the "return", since the first mattress never showed up. Hopefully this works out and I don't get charged again.one mattress showed up, 3 weeks later the other one is lost but I cannot find out how to get a replacement or refund.

Nice... but
I liked this mattress but I was expecting the mattress to bit more thicker. I just wished it was a lot thicker especially when the pressure and weight of a person makes the mattress push down. I can almost feel the bottom part of the bed

Great beds! We were worried they wouldn’t work well for kids everyday bunk beds. They are surprisingly very comfortable and work perfect.

Fast shipping. When i first opened the box the mattress was very flat. I was disappointed. After a few hours it puffed up to the 4 inches and is very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised

Surprisingly comfortable
This mattress is surprisingly comfortable -- firm but not hard. Has an odd smell (not a BAD smell, just a "new material" smell), so you may want to let it air out for a day or two before using. Made in the USA.
