I am regular hot yoga and have been using the mat for about a month. I wash it about once a week and have been spraying it with orange and lavender diluted essential oils. Overall I really like the mat. Really non slip when sprayed. Lots of compliments on it. Only issues I have ran into is that sometimes the actual mat slips around when I am really grounded in a pose that requires pushing like warrior or a strong downward dog. It tends to get better after a machine wash so it maybe a build up of dust but my yoga studio wipes down the floors between every class. Other issue I have noticed is the edges seemed to start peeling. Nothing major yet, but still a concern. Overall I really enjoy it for hot yoga and have little concerns for relatively cheap yoga mat for its quality

This mat is great! I was concerned about the weight and that the construction/material is not typical for a yoga mat (at least in my experience) but its really well made and fantastic. Finally, a yoga mat that is super grippy for down-dogs etc., stable for balancing poses, and really attractive. With its beautifully executed artistic design it creates a wonderful space for your practice.There is no off-gassing of rubber materials, and I use a lavender cleaner to blend in some aroma therapy (the mat gets more grippy with a little water/essential oil sprayed onto it!) It is a firm mat which I like...but be aware there is not a lot of cushioning. Perfect in my opinion but less cushioning than some other cheaper mats.Highly recommend it!

Good thickness, very pretty, just as described. Great for the price. Not sure what it means by towel combo? No towel, unless it is just talking about the mat being a little more absorbent. But the strap and spray bottle were nice to have.

I bought this for a close friend of mine as a birthday present and she absolutely loved it. She teaches a yoga class and has been complimented about it several times. If you got a friend or SO or you yourself love yoga this makes a perfect gift.

Very good value and high quality mat. Make sure to spritz water on the mat before workout if you experience yourself slipping a bit on the mat.I have used it twice and I quite like this mat.
