Wonderful organic tea with great health benefits!
This wonderful fair trade tea from South Africa is full of wonderful health benefits and flavor that is not well known in the U.S.A., but it should be. Like most teas it can be consumed straight up, but it can also be combined with other ingredients to enhance its flavor and health benefits. Steep it for six minutes and then add 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/4 tsp. of Tumeric, 1/8 tsp. black pepper, honey to taste. Sounds weird, but it’s tasty, caffeine free and can be consumed in the evening, and you can read about the health benefits of ingredients on line.

This is the real thing
Tea is delicious and full of flavor just as described. It’s the best I’ve ever tasted and very fresh. One bag goes a long way and it really is naturally sweet. Other brands just don’t compare.
