We use Host Defense mushrooms like the community support, Stametz 7. Breathe and Brain Support. We rotate through different ones when we feel we need the support because we actually do feel a different when we take each of them. We trust the Host Defense brand and feel that we are getting a quality product even though they can be a little expensive in Canada but we do feel the company is sound and worth the cost. After taking them for about 3 weeks we both feel that we are a little clearer in our head and it seems to help with brain fog. I don't believe in taking any medication for long extended periods of times so we do change up depending on our symptoms.
