Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and put on aching muscles for relief or keep in the freezer. Freezer use is wonderful to help cool people down that have issues with temperature regulation like MS, Thyroid issues and hot flashes. Cold use is also good to aid in reducing swelling. At night, warm in microwave and take to bed with you. These are wonderful to spray with your favorite essential oil aromatherarpy blend and let it help soothe whatever ails you.
