We use this with the Inglesina Table Chair and it works well. It is cheaper than buying the tray that comes with that high chair and it is more versatile. Since the arms of the high chair keep this tray in place, it doesn't matter that the suction is not strong. I wouldn't recommend this if you want it to suction to a surface and not have the child pull it off.

This mat works sooooo well! First time I've tried a mat with my 1 year old and it really saves a lot of food from falling on the floor. Clean up is super easy for the table now and the mat rinses right off. It doesn't have a suction though, more like a no slip grip. With my highchair I use, the mat is too wide, so maybe that's why it doesn't stick as well because it's not laying flat. But overall great purchase, can't believe I didn't have this month's ago! Highly recommend.

This mat is wonderful and was EXACTLY what I needed- it not only has a small shallow bowl for keeping food relatively contained but it also has the catching part so that when food falls it doesn’t go on his lap. I can’t speak to the suction power because I use it held down under the arms of my baby’s chair (which attaches to our dining room table). Best money I have spent on baby gear!

My son did figure out that you can lift up the corners, so you still have to watch them. But it's a million times better than any suction cup plate or bowl we've tried. And the little channel that hangs over the edge of the table is surprisingly effective. I honestly expected that feature to be a gimmick but it works REALLY well.

This placemat is great for taking to restaurants. It's the perfect size for baby and the part that hangs over the table edge really does catch a lot of the food that would otherwise land on the floor. It's easy to clean and I can fold it up so it fits in the diaper bag. My only complaint is that it doesn't actually suction to the table at all. My baby pulls up the edges and folds it over every time. I think he has actually made a game out of seeing how many times I will tell him no, remove his hands and smooth it back down.

Love this placemat with built in plate/ bowl and food catcher. Works well to maintain mess from my very messy 2 year old when he eats at our table. We have a glass table top so it sticks on the surface very well with no problems. The mat it self is a decent width ( could be a little wider) and covers an okay amount of the table. It’s super easy to clean and is definitely portable. If this stupid pandemic would ever end and I can feel okay to start bring my kids places I’d definitely bring it to a restaurant for my child to use at the table.

Didn’t work for us. My 10 month old was able to fling it off the table within the first 15 seconds. We were at a restaurant so I persisted in trying to use it. I had to keep my forearm on it the entire time and try to feed myself and help out the baby. It wasn’t enjoyable. And this mat doesn’t fold well for travel.

I’m not really sure who is writing all these great reviews stating their kids can’t lift this tray up because my 9 month old does in less then 2 seconds. The food “catcher” is the thinnest part of the whole tray and flimsy. I would not recommend and would not buy again. For maybe 7-10$ id buy this aware it doesn’t “work” the way I needed something to.
