This beautiful piece can be used as a console table, foyer table, sofa table, etc. It is made from a live edge slab of Mexican Mahogany. The natural edges and ends have been dyed in a flat black. The top has been planed flat, sanded smooth and finished in an oil and satin poly combo. The legs are composed of two 1" x 1" steel tubes in a rectangular shape with extra pieces welded at the top to make the top appear to be floating. The steel has been cleaned up quote a bit, but still features some remnant black scaling to give a slight industrial look while also matching the black dyed edges. The bases have been clear coated in a matte finish to prevent rust. It's a tall table that would be great to open up any room. This is a wonderful mix of natural wood, artistic vision, industrial steel and contemporary/ modern design. I've yet to see or create anything comparable to this piece and I'm sure it will be an eclectic showstopper featured in your home. Ready to ship!!!
