I absolutely love it. You can make it larger or smaller to fit your head. Before I actually wore it, I tested it by letting water run on it to make sure the inside would not get wet and it did not get wet. I will definitely recommend it

This product is well made, the material is high quality. I have extensions and purchased this to wear while golfing in the rain. It worked well, stayed in place and kept my hair dry. My only complaint - I do not like the visor piece; its too large and ends up being more a face shield than a visor. It also got bend the first time I collapsed it for storage. I do like the fact it collapses into its own little carry bag - very portable.

I sometimes get my curly hair professionally straightened and water is the enemy of straightened hair. I bought one for myself and one for my mother who also straightens her hair sometimes. This is the perfect thing to wear when it's raining or snowing and you want to keep the moisture off your hair. It has a good fit and it also looks cute. This is not your average rain hat. If you need to keep moisture off your hair and still want to let hip this is the buy for you.

This thing absolutely keeps the head warm and dry. And the hair is not too awful upon removal, but not quite as perfect as the model's. Bonus is that everyone seems to think it's hilarious looking. Oh well, I don't care. They can laugh while my head stays cozy.

With the course, ethnic grade of hair I have, I couldn't wait to buy one especially where I live. It rains a LOT. The humidity will blow up my hair like a CHIA PET and it's not cute... for those of us who know what those are.I keep it with me in the car. If I know the forecast ahead of time, I definitely bring it into the salon so that I can protect my hair from flopping right after I paid for the service. It works well and it's a great investment. I loved this concept so much, I have recommended this product a few times to the salon manager to consider contracting with Hairbrella as a small business owner and have these in store for purchase. I believe the salon would SELL OUT! It would be a win for Hairbrella and the salon. It's such an ingenious idea.

The hat is waterproof, but it is not as cute as it looks in the picture. I can’t get mine to fit like the one pictured, so instead of having a cute rain hat I have what looks like a bag stuck on my head. At least that’s what my daughter said. To me, I looked like a portable hair dryer.I felt awkward, but dry, wearing it.The adjustable strap looked weird when tightened, but without adjusting it the cap was gigantic. The cap’s also not as lightweight as advertised, and it did cause some perspiration. However, if you can get past the look and you don’t mind a little perspiration as you keep the rain at bay, it might be the cap for you.

The Hairbrella really works ... It keeps my wavy hair frizz-free and the visor protects my glasses from the rain very well! I didn't need an umbrella. So often wind gusts turn my umbrellas inside out and break them. It was easy to unfold and adjust to my head size, and stayed very securely in place!

I bought this hat specifically for the clear brim that comes down over my eyes to keep my glasses dry. If you wear glasses you will understand how frustrating it is out in the rain with wet glasses that you can't see through. This hat does exactly what I had hoped for with the added bonus of keeping all my hair dry as well. I have a small head but this hat is very adjustable and fits perfectly. I would recommend this hat for long hair and those that hate wet glasses.

Reg $50 but purchased it on sale. I don't think I would have paid $50 for it. Someone in another review suggested putting rivets in at the bottom to release the air and that would be a good thing since I'm always pushing the air out by patting on it. But this is fantastic when you need both hands out in the rain.

This hat works! finally got my curly routine working for summer but the weather in the uk is so unpredictable and my hair always gets messed up when it rains. I have long curly hair and been looking for a hat that would protect it in the rain. Got the hat today. went for an hour walk in the rain, I got back home and took the hat off and my curls were still lush and hair was perfectly dry. The strap for tightening the hat does hang out when you tighten it. i just tuck it under the hat. It does the job so a very happy customer 😀
