If I could give it a million stars, I would! This is absolutely incredible machine that is currently saving me from a hugest neck pain flare up, that has lasted for weeks. Thank you for this amazing product, I now couldn't imagine living without it.

I love the auto setting on this great device. It applies heat, electro stim and mechanical stretch via the inflating and deflating platform. After 15 minutes only I can honestly say I felt much freer and less stiffness in my neck and shoulders.

I never leave reviews, but this has been too helpful to not. This product has truly helped relieve some neck tension that I could not get rid of with endless chiropractor visits, massage therapists, and physical therapists. I don’t have any problem with this device being uncomfortable. I’ve been using twice daily and I truly feel a difference each time I use it.

Useless. Hard plastic, clunky junk. All it does is push your head up a few inches and then let it back down. And not very gently. The heat and TENS aren’t effective. No stretching/decompression or pain relief. Uncomfortable piece of garbage. Returned. Save yourself the hassle.

I have been using this for a few weeks now, and its works very well. I use it almost every day when I wake up and it makes my neck feel much, much better. A great way to start the day. I like that I can get a nice stretch and the TENS at the same time.

Our first thought was the instructions included were not very detailed. Thankfully for husband he figured it out quickly. We started with the "auto" setting. This is a very low setting which was okay but then we tried out the various options of beat (or kneading pressure), heat, and acupressure. We went on the highest settings of these and what a world of difference. These are incredible since it really hits the pressure points of the neck (I found the best for me was right at the base of my neck to the lower curve of neck rest), making sure the thinner side of machine (with the red/blue light) is at the top. 15 minutes goes by quickly because it's such a great feeling. Great job Tianfucen you did well!

Not for everyone. The neck position is high and can be painful for some people. Return is a hassle, can NOT use typical amazon return channels or you have to pay for return even though you are prime member.
