Does the head actually bobble?

Yes this item does indeed bobble

of course. every part is made of plastic and the heads bobble, but you can’t move the figurines from the base unless you break them off. they’re glued on.

Can you remove the figures from the stand?

I don't know I placed them in a shrunk for my grandson, I would think they would come out
