Works really well. The top part of my ear was injured and filled up. It hurt and I didn't want it to heal extra thick. I had my ear drained (by a nurse) then used the magnets. My ear stuck out a bit extra while the magnets were on, but it want back to normal after it was healed. I used the bigger magnets. They stuck pretty strong, but if my ear hurt too much I'd move the magnets over slightly to reduce the discomfort. Definitely worth not having cauliflower ear!

Tried a couple other magnets with no success. Ordered these and they worked perfectly. My son came home with gross cauliflower ears from wrestling and wanted to fix. After we drained his ears (very gross) we put these on and they kept pressure on so they could properly heal. And they don’t look that bad so it wasn’t hard to get him to wear them. Great product!!!

Edited to add:After my husband's ear injury, he put these on for a day, went to the clinic for a better fix since it was getting pretty bad, and the ENT was impressed by how well these worked at keeping the swelling at bay.Original review:These are very strong magnets, come in a neat little case that fit in any gym bag, and perform just as well as certain products twice the price. They come with pressure adjusters just in case the magnets are too strong for comfort.If you do Jiu Jitsu or wrestle, get these before you need them!

My husband does Jiu-Jitsu and kept getting cauliflower ear. He would drain them but it kept coming back. These magnets helped his ears heal flat. I was pretty impressed by how well they work. They come with a nice case to keep them in. The price was also super reasonable.Only negative- I wish they came with smaller options. The smallest ones worked okay but for smaller spots a smaller option would be helpful.

Got a little cauliflower ear from BJJ- as soon as I got home I slapped the larger size on- not gonna lie, pretty painful. After a while I swapped the larger size for the smaller ones to get into the corner of my ear where the rest of the fluid was- and now looks like nothing happened. It was either this or I was gonna cut it open and drain it, glad I didn’t have to do that. Would buy these again if I lost them-

These work great if you have recently drained your ear and it is flat. They do not work if your ear is swollen because they're not strong enough to hold together.

Compression strength is really strong—which is what you want to ensure the derma and skin reattach properly after draining your cauliflower. I was also able to continue rolling with the small sized magnet under headgear.
