Smooth as Butter, Light as a Feather
Got into Crocheting and bought just bought cheap and cheerful set to get me started and also no waste money if I didn't stick it. Over a year on thought I'd more than earned buying some nice hooks but have become familiar what sizes I usually use.HOLY MOLY THE DIFFERENCE, they're smooth and light and the rubber feels so nice compared to my cheap ones, the metal part of the hook has a smooth, almost pearlescent, finish and it feels so nice against yarn. The handle, besides having a really nice rubber, has a nice little thumb rest and it just feels so nice in your hands.I'd say the only thing I've noticed is if you have a tendency to roll the hook to catch your yarn like me it does feel more of a counterintuitive design but honestly speaking you really don't notice it after a while and is by no means a reason to discourage people from buying them. If anything I'd say the only thing I'd say to consider if you are looking to but them is if you prefer heavier hooks as these are pleasantly light but not that cheap plasticy light you find with cheap hooks, it's so hard to explain! Most certainly going to slowly add more and more of these to my set as time goes on, the full set is pricy if you don't utilise all sizes but as far as quality and experience using them goes, you definitely get what you pay for!

Lovely lovely lovely!
I don't do a huge amount of crochet, but I do enough to know that having the best hooks matters. I have a cheaper set which I bought a couple of years ago, and those hooks are ok to use if I'm not doing anything big. But this hook? OH!!!!! A total game changer. The cheaper hooks snag my yarn, ever so slightly, and make it a tiny bit of a chore to crochet with. This one never ever snags. It's so smooth and easy to use. I love it!My only reservation is that I wish the handle were slightly longer, and slightly chunkier, as I find longer and chunkier hooks more comfortable to use. But I've not yet found hooks smoother than this and frankly, that outweighs my preference for a longer or chunkier hook. I've worked so much faster with this hook and what I've produced is much better quality than the stuff I made with my cheap hooks. So yep. Buy this hook! Buy all the sizes! It is fab!

The only crochet hooks I use, they're fabulous!
I bought my first Clover Amour hooks from Amazon when I'd been crocheting about a year. I'm not an impulse purchaser, especially not for something that is relatively pricey, so I'd done my research thoroughly and I literally could not find a negative review or experience about these hooks. I bought the set and it was one of the best decisions I made. They have a shorter, shaped and rounded handle than some (about 4"/10cm) but I find that it sits comfortably in my hand and my thumb automatically falls onto the flat thumb grip (I have a knife hold). The handle is of a non-slip material with an imperceptible "give" so that even if you grip the hook hard there is cushioning for the joints in your hand. The hook part is very smooth and easy to use - I'm a tight crocheter but the gently pointed top of the hook is easy to insert into my stitches. The overall length is about 51/2"/14cm.Buying these hooks was a game-changer for me, in fact I'm so used to them that I struggle to use any other hooks, even other ergonomic ones that look similar. So when I mislaid my 3.5mm I replaced it without a second thought. I use DK yarn and find that I tend to use the 3.5mm, 4mm and 4.5mm most of all depending on the particular yarn/stitch combo in my project.Typically, my errant hook turned up a few days later so I now have a spare, just in case!

Total game changer
Wow, being an avid crocheter I have numerous types of hooks. I had often read about these hooks and decided to see what the hype was about. Total game changer, smooth, no catching or snagging on various yarn. Feels extremely comfortable and glides through your project. Will definitely be purchasing a set and replacing my current hooks.

Comfortable and colourful crochet hook!
I love this brand for crocheting - the different colours for different hook sizes are useful to find (especially if they slip down the side of the couch, which mine often do!) The handle has a soft feel - very comfortable. I struggled with metal handled hooks before this and the smaller sizes I had would often snap (like a 2mm, for example.) So, the handles on these are fantastic. I've bought them in other sizes and got this as a gift for my sister because they're too expensive overseas where she lives - these are a great price!

the handles are not quite as soft as i thought they were going to be!
In do really like this crochet hook but I was expecting the handle to be made of a softer material, but it doesnt seem to have affected my crocheting at all. so all in all a great product and very good value.

Crochet hooks
So comfortable and lightweight to hold and very easy use as i have small hands I love the fact that the handles do not hurt my fingers and hooks glide through the wool with ease, I belong to a group that makes comfort blankets for my local hospital so I do a lot of crochet these hooks are the best I have ever used
