It’s a pleasure to listen to and doesn’t bother me my husband or the dog, she sleeps though it too!I love this shusher as it was me standing there before rocking him and shushing him now I use this and I also bought the Rocket too. I encountered this device when we went for a newborn photo shoot and the baby was entranced the whole time. We found it very useful for getting her to sleep for the first three months. It has a timer for either fifteen or thirty minutes and you can turn the volume up and down. It's very easy to operate and we haven't had to change the batteries once. I think, like many baby products, there is a risk about whether your baby will "go for it" or not that is not dependent on the item but we found this really great. Incidentally, if you're having great trouble getting your baby to sleep, the best thing we bought for that was a sleepyhead. Also, we use this shusher in conjunction with another sound device that does a heartbeat sound.

Stopped working after one full battery cycle. Replaced the batteries and had a look, nothing. Poorly built by the looks of it and shady for the price of it.Edit: They sent me another and it’s working fine now and our son loves it. Could do with a heartbeat behind the shushing but other than that I would recommend it.

Actually writing this review at 4:42am as I literally can’t believe how good this device is.Baby is a very restless sleeper feeding every 2 hours or so. And normally can’t get him down to bed until 1 am in morning after being awake from t time bath time then he still wakes every 2 hours , he’s thriving but it’s extremely frustrating that he’s so hard to settle despite cuddling rocking , dim pink light sleep cloud sleep bear et etc we’ve tried them all. So this arrived yesterday, we did the normal routine bath massage etc bottke and around 9 we just thought we’d try our very wide awake baby in his next to me bed with this device … never thinking we’d also be able to go to sleep as this never happens … so as usual out baby fought the sleep grunting and growing and thashing about. ( 5 weeks old lol ) but there was silent phrases where we could tell the shushing of the device was taking affect After a good few tries to fight sleep off our nighthawk lost the battle to this device and was asleep. We also then went to sleep thinking in an hour or so hed be back up. …. So it was a huge surprise to look at clock to see time when he did wake. It was 12,10 am … so baby had around 4 hours sleep !!!! We fed changed winded and put back in cot and set the device going agajn … same thing … baba tried to fight the sleep but again lost the battle to the shushing .. we all fell asleep and next time baby woke was at 4:10 am …. That’s another 4 hours ! Fed changed winded back in cot , device back on and baby trying to fight sleep but device has won again and as I write this baby us fast asleep. . Only thing is … in now wide awake with excitement of how great this product works 😂

Not impressed. Works intermittently

Overall the baby shusher has been a bit of a life saver with excellent sound quality which helped my baby to get a good nights sleep on many occasions.The product is completely portable so can be taken anywhere and if like my daughter this is a must have.The battery life seems to be good and the shusher has a different timer functions (15 minutes and 30 minutes) along with different levels of volume which can easily be adjusted with a twist if the base or top.The design is aesthetically pleasing and appears in the shape of a rocket although I feel it could have been slightly smaller.I really liked this product and if I had to make one change a would have a continuous play function that allowed unlimited play.

Used this for the first 6 months definitely helped to get baby to sleep

Its amazing how well it works. So far we used to delay a mid feed, calm after feed and during a change. Tonight will be the ultimate test.Volume is a little fiddly but only cause you gotta listen to each loop every time you adjust it. If you tighten the battery screw too much it will stop you from turning it on but easly fixed by loosening the screw.Overall a fantastic device, first seen used by a professional photographer. Also helped her poop, or a coincidence, I'm not sure
