PMS Pack of 3 Iron ON Hemming Tape ON Blister Card

This is the first time I used a hemming tape and I'm very happy with the results! I used it to trim a pair of trousers as they were too long for me. As mentioned in previous reviews, the instructions are not very clear and I have actually used some of the instructions I found in other buyers' reviews. The tape should be placed in between the fabric and what I found is that it sticks better to the fabric if the iron is very hot and placed on the fabric for 8-10 seconds whilst moving the iron back and forth. I haven't washed my trousers yet, so can't comment on whether the tape stays on after the wash or not. To date, though, I had no problems with my trousers, they remain trimmed and look amazing.

Not sticky enough kept falling off

Does exactly what is says on the instructions. Very easy to use with the minimum of fuss and effort. Irons on easy and stays in place without coming away. I recently used it for a set of curtains, and am very pleased with the results. I am about to purchase my second lot, so I have one as spare. Good value for money

I used this for shortening the legs on a decent pair of pants I bought at a charity shop. I was skint at the time and needed some new trousers for an interview, i searched the local charity shops and found a really nice pair of trousers with the right waist size they were just a bit long, so i bought this and turned the legs in and ironed them to make the legs the right length. It worked brilliantly and you can't tell they've been shortened. Saved me a a bit of money and i'm sure it'll come in handy again at some point. Worth having just in case.

Bought to shorten school trousers for my daughter. It works really well but would have been worth 5 stars if it had come with instructions. Actually really easy to use but didn't want to risk ruining the trousers so my sister-in-law showed me what to do! Would recommend the product though and very fast delivery.

Very good item and works and sticks very well and represents great value for money.I found for cut off jeans conversions etc, just cut off enough to stick in two seperate operations between seam to seam front and back and with trousers/jeans inside out rather than trying to loop and fix one length all the way around - hit with iron heat as directed - job done.Works well on sports/cycling fabrics as well - even slightly fleeced linings but check for fabric/heat compatability beforehand.Quick no fuss free & quick delivery - A product every man should quietly have in his toolbox.

Absolute bargain price and arrived very promptly by post. Very easy to use no wetting or damp cloth required. Simply turn up the material place the hemming strip between the turned up material and then steam iron on each side. So far successfully used the web strip to turn up 2 pairs of overlong Chino trousers and repaired a rip in my "favourite" gardening trousers by ironing a piece of material with the web strip on the inside of the trouser leg. You can't see the join!

Item arrived fast and as described. Measuring tape, box of pins and 3 wonder web. I haven't used the web yet but I am sure it will be fine. The trick is to iron over the web once, not keep ironing, or you will loosen the web again. Can recommend.
