Haturi Stainless Steel Zester, Cheese Zester, Lemon Zester, Grater Kitchen Tool for Ginger, Citrus, Nutmeg, Potato, Vegetable & Fruit - Dishwasher Safe

I had bought a cheap file like grater and found that it bent where the blade entered the handle whenever i pressed down. And I had to press down because the blade wasn't that sharp. So I went looking. Reviews seemed to indicate that there was a 50-50 chance of getting a cloned Micro-plane so I looked for something else. Reviews were good for the Haturi so I bought it. Reviews were right. It is super sharp and very durable. I shall enjoy using it for years to come.

I got this for a variety of kitchen tasks, but mostly nutmeg and lemon zest. It works great. This thing is sharp, make no mistake. It slices through my nutmeg like butter. Lemons are super easy, too, and because it's so quick, it's easier to avoid getting the bitter bits that I always used to when I had to go over areas again and again.Love it. Will definitely buy again.

This is a very sharp zester! Works great on cheese, ginger and zest. When zesting a lemon I used way less pressure than my old microplane which I replaced because it got so dull. It's a little coarser than a microplane which probably is fine for most home cooks. I love the red handle and the cleaning brush.

The grater works smoothly when I used it on Lemons, it is easy to use with the handle, Also it comes with a little brush which is convenient to clean the grater. good design and so far no complain at all!

May be good for zesting but definitely not for grating ginger. After putting this in the dishwasher, strands of ginger remained and I had to meticulously clean it by hand, which I didn’t have to do with my previous zester.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it seems quite sharp. Very sturdy. Company seems very interested in me being happy with my purchase and keeps sending me emails. I'm sure if I have a problem they will make it right.

Very cheap stainless this what happened on the first time of use!! Very disappointed

Bought this because I was using a wider grater that ended up grating my palms more than the lemon zest. This grater works well and no more bandages and extra "pieces of me" in the meal. Plus you can't beat dishwasher safe.
