There are only 3 beads, I didn't get the two additional beads. I realize the string is so short they wouldn't fit anyways Not going to bother returning it because it wasn't very expensive. Go to the craft store and make your own for about 1.50 w/ tax. This 6 foot seemed to be the most common to use with the 3 beads. Before I received it I had went to a Physical therapist for Vestibular training and she was going to show me how to make one these from supplies from a local store. I was one ahead. This is well made, sturdy string, beads do not slide own their own. Very pleased with the purchase.
