My 13 year old son suffers with Osgood Schlatters Disease in both knees and these are the only knee supports he will wear. They enable him to continue playing the football that he loves.

Did the job but quite large and fabric causes sweat

The strap has three secure points, at the top above the knee and one below and a third that straps in the opposite direction behind the knee.Each strap has two pieces of Velcro to hold it in place. One at the end of the strap and a small square further in to stop it sliding down at an angle.A cut-out hole around the knee cap allows the material to stretch over the knee as the leg bends while also being reinforced to support the kneecap in place.The only problem was that the strap was a bit too tight for my husband's legs. The small Velcro square on the straps only just made it onto the rest of the body of the knee support.After thirty minutes of use though it was surprising that it was still comfy enough and hadn't restricted circulation.
