Pleasant fragnance can use for everything.
I love this oil I use it mixed with castor oil or coconut oil and love the smell! I even add a few drops to my unscented Castile soap I use for laundry and makes the laundry smell so fresh.

Wonderful Product
I am a Yoga student and teacher, was introduced to a blue lotus essential oil product during a meditation workshop. The teacher shared a different product with us, a single drop on the wrist and rub the wrists together and in the forehead, to help with the meditation. I ordered this with the hope it may have similar scents and aromas and I am very very pleased! This scent is very floral strong enough to certainly be combined with a carrier oil. Thoughtfully packaged and good price for a full ounce/30ml bottle. If you like essential oils and have never tried blue lotus buy Essential Delight Blue Lotus. Just fyi I purchased 2 other brands, this is the one to get. Will buy again!!!

False advertising and faulty packaging
Just like the other reviews, the packaging was faulty and this oil leaked everwhere. The box is soaked and all the other products shipped with it stink. The smell is terrible. The entire listing states that this is 100% Blue Lotus oil and describes the benefits and so forth. But you have to scroll way way WAY down to see that the product description then lists the ingredients as Jasmine, lavender, lemon and rosemary, which all sound amazing, but this combination doesn't smell like ANY of those... instead smells like chemical laundry soap.Upon further research it appears that blue lotus oil is extremely rare and much more expensive. Buyers beware and Amazon, you should speak with this vendor asap.

I’m not sure this is real blue lotus oil
First: I’ve been working with oils since I was a child. My mother taught me how to use them therapeutically well before the “essential oil” craze. The smell of this oil is overwhelming which is not something I’ve experienced with other blue lotus essential oil. The texture of the oil seems more on the fragrance oil side than essential oil side.I could be wrong but the bottle arrived leaking, and reeking of floral. Yes it smells like blue lotus but it’s missing something compared to my other blue lotus oil, a greenish, ALIVE scent that often comes with natural oils. My other concern is the price. Once I realized this was an ounce for $25…..I got suspicious. It’s expensive to extract which is reflected in the price. Secondly, nowhere on the box does it reflect ingredients. It just says 100% natural ingredients. Nothing stating the scientific name of the oil. The inner label is printed poorly (waay off center)and covered in oil so it’s unreadable. It appears to say the same thing as the box. The printing on the label isn’t a huge deal but it does tell me something about the quality of the packaging, labeling and therefore the product itself. If corners are cut on packaging, you can bet they were cut on the product.I’m not convinced this is real essential oil. The bottle does NOT state that this is Nymphaea caerulea Sav. It only states that it is “blue lotus essential oil”. This is a powerful oil, it should have the scientific name just for safety purposes. I don’t want to use it on my skin because I can’t be sure what it is. I could be wrong, but for me it’s worth it to pay more and get less to be sure my bottle is labeled and contains exactly the plant I want: Nymphaea caerulea Sav. A seller could make a lot of money if they were unethical and selling fragrance oil as essential oil. The price difference is huge.I have allergies to some fragrance oils and they work as endocrine disrupters so I’ll pass on this. It was also leaking so even if it was real it’s been oxidized. The safety cap was also intact but the whole thing came off rather than the ring breaking away. So I can’t be certain the product was not tampered with. This one is for return for sure. If the bottle is not labeled with the scientific name, it could contain any oil at all.

Wonderful Scent
I love this essential oil. I mix a few drops with my facial cream. However, I am hesitant to order this brand again as the last bottle I ordered came only 1/3rd full. This was because, even thought the cap was "sealed", it had leaked all over the shipping box that other items I ordered came in. The UPS guy must have gotten quite a sniff full. Amazon was very nice about sending out another bottle, but it too came leaking. Fortunately just a small amount this time. The cap was tight, but there was oil on the label and around the cap. I'm hoping the manufacturer will read this review and let me know that whatever is happening will be resolved. Otherwise, I will go with another brand. I hope no one else has this issue, but though it would be good to know.
