Christmas pressie so have not read it

hatte mich sehr auf das Buch gefreut - vorallem wenn man die meisten Charaktere aus den Hauptbüchern schon kennt. Wie auch die Bücher zuvor habe ich es in einen Tag gelesen. Fand es etwas zu kurz geraten. Schreibstil flüssig wie immer und im englischen leicht verständlich.

She has this knack for writing these sexy scenes and these strong women that make me want to shout "Feminists unite" from the rooftops! "Chandler" is definitely no different.Chandler Pierce is the youngest of the Pierce family. If you've read the "Fixed" Trilogy, you're familiar with the younger, more doe-eyed version of the playboy this book initially portrays. The man of the hour has loved too many times, and each time it's usually been unrequited and he gets screwed over or stolen from. At that point in his young life, he wants to have fun and guard his heart (and wallet). As a matter of fact, his "business model" entails a life of one-night-stands and their referrals. He's known in all the gossip rags and has been named one of Forbes Magazine's "Richest Men Under Thirty". Filling in for his older brother, Hudson, at a charity gala for Accelecom, a company attempting to take over Werner Media (which Pierce Industries secretly owns controlling shares), Chandler spots this woman who normally isn't his type, though he finds himself drawn to her. What he doesn't expect, though, is her aloof demeanor. Chandler is used to getting his way but realizes he's the one in pursuit this time around.Genevieve Fasbender is young, smart, beautiful and ambitious and knows what she wants out of life: to be accepted into the communications and media industry at Accelecom alongside her father and brother. Unfortunately, her father treats her as if she belongs in a field more "appropriate" for a woman, such as fashion. She is determined to make a name for herself and won't let anyone distract her, not even a man like Chandler Pierce. Her independence from her family wealth is second to none, and she refuses any handouts. I relate to that so much, being that type of woman myself. I always strived to be my own woman, which is what Genevieve Fasbender manages to accomplish at the young age of 23.If you are familiar with the "Fixed" Trilogy, you will want to read this. Chandler Pierce is all grown up...but will Genevieve Fasbender take him and his family down?

Chandler Chandler Chandler❤️! I had some reservations about this book simply because I was predisposed to love Hudson (his older brother) BUT Chandler was a pleasant surprise. He was sweet and funny while still being a charming jerk. However the dominant turn he took once he met Genny was so unbelievably sexy. Alpha males must run in this family because Chandler was a natural. The heat between these two was off the charts. And watching them fall in love was like the sweet cherry on top of a sinfully sexy sundae. Chandlers growth was stunning to watch unfold. Seeing him blossom within the business was just as satisfying as watching his relationship grow. Once again Laurelin Paige has definitely got a 5 star ⭐️ book in this one.

This sibling story is so so, main story much better.

Love this series, great characters....hope Laurelin continues with this series. Very engaging Author!!
