Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is the best product I have found for psoriasis patches. It works better than my prescription topicals. It reduces the flakiness and itch. It absorbs well and dries clear, giving me all day , relief. I love all of the CeraVe products. They have proven to be highly effective. I love this stuff! It goes on thick and smooth and keeps my bumps away. My only complaint is with the packaging. The top was secure with tape but the lid itself was not and came undone and leaked product all inside the box.

The product controls itching, goes on easily and the pump bottle is great! The open/close feature is terrific.

The lotion is helpful for psoriasis but the container is wrong. The thickness of the lotion congeals along the sides and then the pump is useless. You can unscrew the top but the pump has globs of lotion on it. This should be packaged in a jar, like the regular CeraVe lotion.

I have LUPUS and purchased the lotion and facial cleaner to care for, clean and moisturize my face properly. The face wash seemed gentle, washed away cleanly. The lotion is smooth and rich. After using both the Facial cleanser and cream and thinking it would benefit my sensitive psoriasis like rash on my cheeks. (I used gentle touch and was careful when rinsing, even used 100% cotton balls, instead of a washcloth. ) . It seemed to be working for several days, then there was a huge downslide. My face and ears became inflamed, and the scars deepened in color and spread out more.. my ears and face started to bleed through the skin, the barrier was destroyed!. Whatever acids are used in these products are not beneficial to me; little did I know I was wearing down my skin barrier instead of protecting it.I have switched to Cetaphil, which does not seem to irritate or burn, but I’m now dealing with trying to heal my red, and deeply scared face and ears. This stuff is definitely not good for me. If you have LUPUS stay far away from this.

I only just received this and it is very thick. There is no scent. It has really softened my skinny patches.. but I have to say that when it arrived the lid was off. It was a little messy, but I desperately needed something and this truly work in two days to help with the soreness of my psoriasis. I’m gonna continue using it to see how well it does but so far it’s been amazing.

This product is amazing. However, the shipping is about 50-50 the pack will come open and lots of the lotion will spill. Amazon and this company have made the return process so cumbersome that you just take the loss.Good product, bad service/delivery. I would recommend finding a store that carries this.I have pics to share but Amazon will not allow them to be posted in this review.
