So far so good he is a changed dog, stopped his constant barking as soon as it was fitted. Just a shame about the size of the collar, it fits my Jack Russell on the smallest hole but the strap goes round his neck twice. I have modified it by cutting the excess length off and melting the end as its nylon to stop it fraying. It really wants a smaller version for small dogs as it still looks like a millstone round his neck, but so far has achieved the desired effect

I was reluctant to buy this as I've seen loads of reviews on bark collars not working but I was at breaking point with my 8 month old bulldog she would bark constantly everytime I put her outside or in her Crete or just left her and being woken up at 4.30 am Every morning decided I have to try it out or go insane or get evicted. It arrived yesterday put it on her straight away well what can I say she barked a few time realised the collar would sound she hasn't dared bark since. I have a new dog and had a great nights sleep couldn't be happier just wish I got it sooner. Highly recommend this product as it doesn't shock them sounds 3 times before vibrating so not hurting her

So useless it's almost funny. My dog barks happily through the noises. However, they are loud enough to make me jump every time, and also loud enough to provoke the dog next door into barking as well - and she isn't usually bothered by my dog barking. Although my dog is puzzled by the vibration, there is a short delay between him barking and the vibration starting, so he doesn't associate the two at all, just scratches vaguely, then starts barking again.

This collar was bought in the hope that it would prevent a six year old dog from barking so frequently. Although some improvement was noted in first few days, he quickly learned to ignore the collar and continued barking. Having said that I do believe that the barking has probably reached a stage where nothing other than serious training will succeed. This is a very well made, sturdy collar.

wow- really worked! In less than 24 hours! I don't leave it on the dog- just put it on at times I know he'll start barking excessively. He always barks when I go upstairs, so I put it on him then and he hates the noise emitted by the collar when he barks, so now whenever I go upstairs he stays quiet! I wouldn't leave it on for long periods though. My only comment is that our boy is about 7kg at the moment and the collar is big on him, even on smallest hole, but since I'm only using in short bursts and not leaving him completely alone with it on I haven't felt this is a problem. I now take it with me in case the barking gets silly but it's done the job I wanted it to do very easily.

Adopted Catalan sheepdog with shy personality became overconfident and tried to get retaliation in first with Alsatians, Boxers, Sharpei, Huskies or pretty much anything bigger and blacker. After trying to dig up the beach to find where the sound was coming from the first time it went off, she became calm and does not do more than a little woofle when trying to protect her owners.

Works a treat! Vibrations, NOT electric shock - and with warning sounds first he never even made it to vibration mode. Extremely pleased and would recommend to anyone. The collar is a bit large (as others have stated) so I DO suggest the manufacturer make it in at least two sizes. Our dog is 13kg and it was on the tightest notch so would not recommend for anything smaller.

My neighbours dog yapped non stop so I bought it a cheap version of this collar, it immediately stopped the barking but broke a week later so my neighbour asked me to get a better one, which is what this is. It's cured the little shit-zu.And now the neighbour next to her bought one and its cured her dog as well. It literally to 30seconds to fix my neighbours dog.
