Pair of unisex compression socks medium support with Zipper, Sizes M-XL

These were bought for my husband who is disabled and has virtually no use of his right arm. He can get them on himself with a bit of a struggle. For me they are a doddle. They are for his "good" leg which has a clump of varicose veins just below the knee. I think the veins have improved and somehow they are also helping his arthritic knee on the same leg. I cut up some small cotton facial pads and put one half behind where the zip finishes.The one for the right leg works equally well on the left leg even though the zip is on the outside. They are not cheap but they seem to wash well, by hand, and dry overnight. I do tend to roll them up in a towel to remove the excess water that hasn't been removed enough by squeezing them. Years ago I used to was tights and freeze them, then defrost. That seemed to prolong the life of them considerably. I will wait until I have one that is worn out before I try that because at £14.99 I am not preoared to gamble.
