I appreciate more than words can describe having the Newt storyline finished. What a novella! Incredible story arc, nicely done with the character development.Highly recommended!

This was a good continuation on the story and the book came in nice quality

Related with the saga and gives you a understanding of what happened with Newt after leave his friends and get the flare.

It would have been better if I had read the other Maze Runner books more recently, because there were references to several details I don't remember. But still it was good to find out what happened to Meet after he dropped out of the story.

I loved it. Personally I thought it was a great edition to the maze runner series and went into better depth of Newts emotions and how he handled becoming a crank, very sad though. I did cry a bit

I’ve always wanted to read this novella ever since I heard about it, it’s emotional to know what newt went through when he left his friends. This book brings me some type of closure for his character and I really needed that.

Great novella to help the reader get a deeper understanding of the Flare. I hope there will be more side stories.
