This was the one I was looking for
After purchasing a few books on the Bean to Bar subject this was the book that gave me the most help to understand the product and the process. The explanations are easy to understand. I have now made my first lot of chocolate which is waiting to be tempered. This is a great book for people like me who would like to make chocolate and want to do it properly but have no idea about how to start.

Awsome book for every chocolate lover
Simply one of the best book ever written as an introduction to the chocolate making process. Plenty of fun facts for the casual reader and enough hard info and guidance to make your own chocolate from scratch. Great for anyone looking to get into the craft/specialty bean to bar business.I thoroughly enjoyed this book, refer to it regularly and recommend it to literally anyone who enjoys chocolate!

com I received this book two days ago as a Christmas present and I was the happiest person alive
[...]I received this book two days ago as a Christmas present and I was the happiest person alive. I am a chocolate lover or a chocoholic as the book will name it, so you can imagine why I was so happy. I am also a Crime Book Lover but that is not something I want to talk about now.In this book you will find everything that you need or you don’t need to know about Chocolate. From the beginning of it in tree form to the very loved chocolate bar. You’ll find all the process in this book.To be honest, before reading this book, I used to go to the shop, buy a chocolate and eat it. I never ever thought about the process of making that chocolate I just eat. But now I know it and I wish to try to do it myself one day. I am not much of a ‘chef girl’, but I love food quite much, maybe as much as I love books, and I love to cook things that I like the most; for example, pastas. So definitely I have to try to make that chocolate bar I now crave for.Well you will find lots of interesting things and facts in this book and it is an awesome gift for someone who can’t check a day to this life without eating some chocolate.I was, I am and I will always be excited about this awesome gift. I learned so many things about something that I love.Rate: 10/10

An excellent survey of everything you need to know about chocolate
This book is an excellently-illustrated survey of chocolate, from its history as a foodstuff, how it is grown, where it is grown, how it is made, and how to eat it, and everything in between. There are excellent maps, diagrams and illustrations; it is easy to read but informative - and there are frequent “The Science Bit” boxes where relevant. It gives you advice on choosing the right chocolate for your individual taste, and even shows you how to make your own, and there are 30 recipes for the cooks among you. This really is a fascinating book, and suitable for adults and children alike.
