RockTapeEndurance Tape

A regular purchase for me as use on my legs weekly to help avoid shin pain. Easy to apply and lasts several days even after showering. Read instructions on how to apply and it stays on well.

This tape is absolutely fabulous, more effective than any off the shelf supports out there. Unlike cheaper versions on the market this stuff stays on for up to a week if I need it to, doesn't peel off or irritate me. Highly recommend - well worth chipping out for, it has proved an essential for all my long runs.

Disappointing.I thought I'd get some "proper" branded KT tape as I wondered if it might be better - firmer, more sticky perhaps? But to be honest, this didn't meet expectations and performed worse than cheaper tapes. Despite being applied to clean, dry skin, it began to peel off whilst running. Even cutting rounded corners, it would peel at the edges post shower or with clothing. Any tape that overlapped with another strip of tape was guaranteed to come off first.It was slightly more water resistant but given the price point, I expected better. Will go back to the cheaper stuff!

I use this for Achilles tendonitis having been recommended by my physiotherapist. I followed instructions on the internet of how to apply it and find it works very well. Using the tape I've been able to get back to playing sport. It stays on really well, for 4 or 5 days, through swimming and daily showers or baths. If you round off the corners it stays on better - don't leave them as right angles.
