Pearlised Sugar Balls / Ivory(100g)

(I don't know why I have been asked to rate this as a 'toy'! but I would give it 5*s as a baking accessory)Love these! I used these to decorate my wedding cake, stick well with edible glue and don't melt or run, and taste good (no broken teeth among my guests anyway!). Look fine on standard regal ice white icing despite being ivory. I used them to 'stud' all over the cake. Have since used them as flower centers for a christening cake too. They fit beautifully into the middle two flower sizes of the four PME sprung blossom cutters set, but are a bit big for the smallest and look a little lost in the center of the biggest one. Lots in a bag -I have done my 4 tier wedding cake and the christening cake and the bag is still going!

These looked amazing in my favour jars and I was really happy overall with this product.. They weren't too hard or too soft and they just looked and tasted really good!

These edible cake decorations arrived promptly. They look very effective. They are not always regular sizes however that works well as you can pick the right one or the task in hand

First of all, it took over a week for these to arrive -- the first package somehow got lost in the mail so I had to contact the seller and have a second shipment sent out. Secondly, the dragees are stored in a plastic baggy that is taped shut. I had to carefully peel away the tap to not compromise the bag because I don't have anywhere else to store these things. I can't think of a worse container for a product like this -- one false move and they will all end up on the floor. Thirdly, the quality control here is poor -- several of the balls are fused together which looks horrible when you're trying to create a specific cushion effect on a cupcake. Fourthly, the pearl like paint covering these balls comes off when you handle the balls. USELESS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

All as described, arrived promptly. Bit hard but looked very pretty on cake. Unfortunately not gluten free as needed by several family members so can't use on family cakes.

Just what I was looking for. Was wary about buying after reading previous reviews and didn't expect them to look like the photo but they did, taste good too. Agree with the tape on the packaging though, was a bit dicey trying to get them open.

exspensive for what they are they are white not pearl in colour. Sent in a plastic bag

Die Perlen sind super geeignet um Gebäck jeglicher Art zu verzieren. Sie waren kleiner als ich gedacht hätte (etwa so wie zwei Stecknadelköpfe zusammen) aber farblich wirklich sehr schön.

Die Zuckerperlen entsprechen meinen Erwartungen. Sie haben eine schöne und einheitliche Form und die Farbe ist wie beschrieben. Ich würde sie jedem weiterempfehlen.

die Perlen sind etwas kleiner als erwartet teils knappe 4mm. Einige Perlen haben Tropfenform, sind also nicht ganz rund.Deswegen gefallen sie mir aber trotzdem, jedoch um mir sehr zu gefallen sollten alle perfekt rund sein, wie man es z.B. von silbernen Perlen gewöhnt ist.

Bei der Suche nach Perlen 8 mm gefunden, keine Beschreibung weiter im Text. Geliefert Perlen 3mm, die ich nicht gebrauchen kann. Dafür viel zu teuer und Rücksendung nach GB????

Das Bild gibt die Farbe der Zuckerperlen ganz gut wieder... Hatte anfangs Schwierigkeiten beim Auswählen, da es ja zum Fondant passen sollte. Aber Elfenbein farbige Perlen waren eine gute Wahl. Auch beim Essen alles gut :).
