Kittyrama Riviera Cat Collar. Award Winning. As Seen in Vogue

Great collar initially- the cat didn't seem too put out by it and it seems to irritate him less than other collars have done in the past (must be the fastening system and material the help). However, having had the collar since June (it's now October) a tear has appeared on one side (see image). This leads me to believe that these collars, as snazy and comfortable as they may be, are not durable in the long run. I will probably buy another when this one completely tears (for the above reasons) but would advise anyone buying one, be prepared to replace them regularly if you have an active cat!

Bought two collars - the Riviera and the Copacabana styles.Really happy with these cat collars. Nice bright colours and cute designs. Our two cats seem pretty chilled out about them and haven’t managed to destroy them yet, which is kind of amazing. Other collars we’ve put on them have barely lasted 1 week intact.Only one (very small) issue is they have come undone slightly (probably after some furious scratching) and have needed to be tightened again. Only happened a couple of times though, so no reason not to buy! I would just say to check the tightness every once in a while.Would recommend to all cat owners.

I love the colours of this collar and the uniqueness of it, but it has come off a good few times luckily when my cat has been in, the safety feature seems very loose, i always buy safety collars but this one is super sensitive, i love my cat in it but im not sure it will last long.

First time my cat has kept a collar on for more than 30 minutes! He usually just pulls them straight off as the safety catches are not hard to pop open. This collar is so slim and light that aside from occasional scratching he has seemed completely fine. Now been 24h - thought I would need to ween him onto it in short bursts but he seems totally fine.

Pekoe looks very snazzy in his new Riviera collar and finds it most comfortable. I shall be buying one for my other cat in due course. As for me, I like the lightness and durability of the silicone and the fact the colours come in lots of interesting colours.

I have one for each cat and this one has split already. He does go out wandering and the other stays at home. They are smart looking but I'd suggest not using them for cats that roam.
