Great value and works
Great product, smells much nicer than another brand I've used and does what it says it will, dealing with odors and stains. The puppy doesn't seem to go back to the same spot, so I assume this is also working to deal with any scents dogs could pick up that I can't.Love that the package came without any extra plastic (beyond the bottle) and that the concentrate refill bottle will help me avoid buying many pointless spray bottles. The spray bottle it comes with feels high quality and robust. I've already refilled once and it's still going strong.

REALLY DOES GET RID OF THE SMELL and STAIN OF OF CAT PEE!
This stuff is amazing!I have a very old burmese cat who if she can’t be bothered to go out yo the litter tray will just pee ANYWHERE on my 2 year old cream lounge carpet!! 😱😱😱With the help of my trusty blacklight (ESSENTIAL for spotting pee spots!!) I can spot and squirt away stains and really neutralises that dreadful smell!I use a ton of this but the little bottle of concemtrate lasts for an age!DOESN’T stop them repeating though.

Fast and easy
I have a puppy since christmas and whilst being house trained shes had some accidentsI soaked the carpet with the diluted concentrate as per instructions and after an hour used my carpet washer.When the carpet had dried you would have never known we have a puppy

This works!
Really good cleaner!! This has saved my carpet and seen us through the first few weeks of puppy toilet training. It’s easy to use, smells quite nice and essentially does exactly what it says it should. Happy with purchase !

very pleasant scent
Quick and easy to use. House does not have a puppy nor an incontinent elderly person odour. does not prevent puppy using the same carpet. He seemed to have a liking for one in particular, but it all stopped after a month.

Great product, long time customer!
Really good product.. have been a customer for about 3 years or longer now. Still using because of my 4yo cat, since he has his own way to call for attention still... but also to refresh my mattress! Great product!

Great product
Works very well to remove smells of a new puppy. We've used it on soft and hard surfaces, indoor and out and it works to eliminate odor, at least to humans. We use it with blue roll, and then hot water outside to wash from decking.
