Ooobies Holy Basil Organic Seeds

It may be something I did wrong - the instructions were scant and unclear. In any case my green fingers were not their usual self with these seeds. I used to sell potted herbs as part of my fruit and vegetable box scheme. None of the holy basil plants germinated.

It take a bit of time to grow, but may be in the garden it will be better because mine is in the house in a flower pot.

I don't like it because the seeds sent in the post (many as I received) are Thai Sweet Basil and definitely not Holy Basil as in the pictures or in reality. The number and quality of the seeds were very good and successful, even in the Uk...just not what I ordered.

Wasn't Holly basil

germinated , but did nothing else. so for over a month now, have a barely germinated group of plants.. about an inch high, no growth, not dying. ..not sure what to do next!

I put them on some kitchen paper and kept moist for ten days and allowed to germenate, I have now transferred to compost and will watch them grow and hope to use in my cooking in a few weeks. Great fun!

They are growing fine good seeds and price is is great

Poor germination and resulting plants are pretty feeble - would be better off buying seeds/strains developed for the UK climate from an established seed company
