Brick City: LEGO for Grown-ups

Very disappointing book. Many pictures of buildings that you cannot build as there are no instructions. The buildings (not very exciting buildings) that give instructions have very basic instructions and you need a magnifying glass to be able to see the steps properly. Again lists of bricks needed are printed small and do not give the Lego brick number.Book itself is compact, but even shows buildings/vehicles on the front cover that you cannot build.Description needs amending as very ambiguous.

A very good book that has lots of illustrations and instructions on how to build various buildings with Lego. There are a lot of pages and lots of information regarding the different types of bricks that you can buy and also tells them where you can buy them from. The pictures are nice, bright and colourful and it is a pleasure to peruse through and look for ideas and inspirtation.

Impressive book of iconic buildings from around the world - The detail is immense and to read that one guy is responsible for majority of the huge displays is incredible. But for those that don't have millions of Lego bricks at their disposal - Warren Elsmore does include miniature versions of the landmarks that require just a handful of bricks, in comparison to the bigger ones that he creates.

This was Christmas present I received very positive feedback from an adult Lego architect ..:)

A super book featuring some incredible models, and even some little ones for you to make. I bought this solely to see the amazing things people have done with Lego bricks and I wasn't disappointed, Love it!

For those who like being creative and still like Lego. It has different places from around the world. Not all have instructions but they look clever.

I bought this book as my colleague mentioned it to me. The book is perfect. I takes you on a journey around the world showing you famous building built from lego with many stops with building instructions.

I gave this book to my ;daughter (32) for her birthday,having read a review in the press. She reckons it is the best present she has ever received!
