Lamberts Multi-Max Advance
I had problems with brittle splitting finger nails. Lamberts technical support recommended I take this supplement and gave me a free sample. I then started to buy a regular supply. After taking for about three months,the condition of my finger nails has improved considerably. There are a lot of supplements to choose from but I would advise anyone to make sure to buy a good brand, such as Lamberts.
