Heyrex Torus Water Bowl Automatic System, 1 Litre – Charcoal

I have ordered this item before and have had a fabulous experience. However, this time the product seems a bit different. Something different in the manufacturing side and not in a good way. The white mechanism seems like cheap plastic and is very awkward to turn. The previous one was soft and moved with ease. Not sure if I’ve ended up with a faulty piece tbh! Slightly disappointed. Nevertheless one of the best items available in the market.

I love this product for travel but bought it for agility as I was sick of lugging a bottle and a bowl around the course. I think the charcoal filter is kind of daft but what can you do. I took it out! So far no leaks.

Bought this thinking it would be a good way to ensure a supply of fresh water for my cat through out the day. Worked well to start with but a month after purchase it started to leak. Contacted seller no response. Waste of money.

Its a nice idea , water gets out on to my floor too easily , I assume whilst my cat is lapping the water

Just the best cat drinking fountain ever!! So easy to fill, my cats love it ! I would definitely recommend this, although a bit expensive it's worth every ££££ spent 😺😻

Bought for my cat. The water fountain we had for him, the pump kept breaking so got a bit fed up replacing. Brilliant bowl as no need for a plug or batteries and still keeps the water filtered and fresh.
