Professional, robust and well thought out
All exactly as described, good box and well packaged, a real nice touch the signed letter put in an envelope, it looks and feels really well constructed, I've bought this to use when i work away as i use a "back in action mobiliser" and an "inversion table" at home but wanted something for a hotel bedroom to get my back going in the morning & to loosen it off at the end of a day. In the past i've used a fixed back relieving arch to attempt the same thing up until now or have simply laid on my back on the floor with my feet drawn up to my bottom and rotated my legs but wanted something that would allow greater control and keep my back in place as i did so. I will update my experiences after a few months of use. initially I'd highly recommend the BacRac as it looks a professional package, the rubber pads hug my back nicely and the included allen key allowed me to slightly tighten it.

If during the use of Bacrac, you feel any worsening of symptoms/pain then STOP use immediately.
"If during the use of Bacrac, you feel any worsening of symptoms/pain then STOP use immediately". So says the seller.I had to stop immediately.Left posterior disc bulge L5/S1, so not for everyone, but I can see it would be very good for some.PS I have now started using it again and will report back in a few weeks time, no reoccurrence so far of the pain experienced before. No, has not been good for me, set me back weeks.Bin job. What surprises me is the NHS recommend the leg swing for slipped disc. Personally I think they are mad!Could be why so many opt for doubtful surgery procedures because what they recommend is totally wrong.I have found core strengthening far better if not a cure as yet.Look up Stuart McGill here and on the net.

May work for some?
I didn't find it that helpful, I have a prolapsed disk at L4/L5 and I found it painful to use. Others may find it great I didn't unfortunately and returned it

Partial relief, but very welcomed
Have been using this apparatus for a few weeks and I have seen improvement in my lower back. Any relief is a god-send. OK, it may not be suitable for everyone and may not work (or in my case, it partly works) but for those back pain sufferers partial relief is partial relief and is most welcomed. I'm a big heavy chap and its fine. Little screw needs to be tightened regularly against spring but a allen key is supplied too. Good buy.

Simple and effective - great for treating lower back problems...
This is a simple but really effective piece of kit. Nine months ago I ruptured a disc (L5/S1) and for the last twenty years have suffered with a compressed disc (L4/L5). Recently I've been visiting an osteopath who recommended one specific exercise twice a day; lying on my back on a firm surface, legs bent with feet up close to your buttocks, tilting the pelvis away from your body, and gently rotating my legs side to side (10 o'clock to 2 o'clock maximum). After a week I noticed some positive changes but wanted to find a device that would help me hold the position for longer and ensure I didn't over-rotate...and I found BacRac on Amazon. I've used it twice daily (first thing in the morning then early evening) for anything between 15 minutes to 45 minutes and it's made a massive difference. I took it to my Osteopath to demonstrate it and she felt it would make a positive contribution to my recovery. What I've found surprising is just how comfortable BacRac is and getting up after spending some time on it my back just feels great. I'd definitely recommend to anyone suffering with lower back problems.

It really works!
It really works! I am quite skeptical of claims but this does work and quickly too. I have been struggling with increasingly severe and nagging pain in my lumber spine for about 4 months. Tried lots of things but not getting relief. Using this for about 2 weeks and after I have used it, I get a day of pain free. You have to do the movements to get bet results. The movements give the sore muscles a massage. I find I can do the exercises, I used to do, that had stopped helping, while lying on this and it is really effective. I can feel things relaxing and separating at times. And it is comfortable. Even when in quite a lot of pain.I have been amazed.

The NHS recommended excercises for lower back pain are as effective by ...
A big placebo effect, moves with the body as one twists during excercise. the motions are controlled by the core muscles. the bacrac only follow the body, also the pads apply pressure at points of contact whereas a massager would apply pressure to the surrounding areas, so only partially kneads the area. The NHS recommended excercises for lower back pain are as effective by themselves. Do NOT recommend !!!
