Get fit
Very well made ,easy to use .Working to the video is a must .Not been able to use it much , as i have only had it one day.Should have waited to tell more later on, after i have used it more .But as yet very happy .. .

I feel like I have accomplished a bit of a physical work ...
I need to use this a bit more to comment fully on its benefits. It does tease away back strain and it makes you use / and build your body strength to carry out other postures/usage as demonstrated in the accompanying video - (which is a bonus to have). The times that I do try and spend at least half hour using it, I feel like I have accomplished a bit of a physical work out but as I use irregularly I haven't managed to sustain potential benefits. I've found it to be light in weight so should you need to carry around you shouldn't find it too heavy.

The media could not be loaded. As a physio I consider this is an excellent and effective product particularly for stretching the mid and upper back. The rollers apply firm pressure to trigger points along the spinal muscles which can help alleviate pain. By using the back rola daily the spine can be mobilised effortlessly in the opposite shape to which it spends a lot of its day through sedentary/flexed postures. This in turn can help improve pain due to poor posture. The product is multi-functional for other muscle groups.

Not that comfy, but!
This came with a DVD, for floor exercise, the back stretcher I don’t find comfortable, but I find it helps me, in small doses, twice a day.

Poor product, looks fancy
Poor product, looks fancy, had back trouble for years, it just doesn’t do anything to help. Sticking with my £10 foam roller, waste of money product.Disappointed.

Very subjective equipment
Found this quite painful to use initially but with use easier to use but still unsure if any better than basic foam rollerWell made and portableTime will tell on this
