On the outside, on the side, are tbsp and tsp **Q: What incremental units does it measure in? 5 10 or 20ml?** A: Hi, There are two choices, one side from 0 - 8 fl.ozs in 1 fl.oz increments, the other from 0 - 250 ml in 10 ml increments as far as 100 ml. but then only 50 ml units after that. Hope that helps. **Q: Does anyone know if this is heat proof? If I'm wanting to pour hot water in, not interested if it's microwave proof as don't use one!
